Positive: The hotel owner is Chinese. As travelers in Laos, we are not familiar with the language. However, we had a wonderful trip there with the help of hotel owner. They provided us with currency exchange, transportation and trip suggestions. Really helpful and friendly. We will come back here if we travel to Laos in the future.

Positive: The staff were really hospitable and I liked the amenities at the property. The rooms were clean with modern fixtures and fittings.
Negative: Most of it was okay except the TV wasn't a smart TV and only had Chinese channels and a few local. No western.
